Dan Knight is currently the President of Corporate Construction Services. His responsibilities include project procurement, planning, scheduling and budgeting. He is also responsible for the day to day operations of the Sacramento office of CCCS.
CCCS, Inc. was awarded the Washington Mutual Bank Phase II ATM Rollout Project. The scope of work for this project included installing nineteen ATMs in the Sacramento and Bay areas. As the General Contractor, it was his responsibility to manage all phases of the installation. This included site surveys, construction documents, demolition, ATM room additions, drive-up teller window removals and AB244 upgrades.
CCCS, Inc. completed the Washington Mutual Bank/Home Savings of America Conversion Project. Dan's responsibilities included construction management, contract negotiations and scheduling for the five major remodels and twenty-six bank conversions. CCCS, Inc. also completed a portion of the Wells Fargo Bank/First Interstate Bank merger where Dan managed the conversion of twenty-three branches in the San Francisco Bay Area. CCCS, Inc. has also upgraded the ATM lighting for Great Western Bank in order to comply with AB244 requirements. CCCS, Inc. completed several projects for First Interstate Bank, Fresno Community Lending Center, Community Convenience Center Project, Project Alliance and the Roseville Patelco Credit Union office.
Dan is currently spearheading a multi-million dollar project at Nor Cal Beverage Company in the Sacramento area.
Prior to founding CCCS, Dan worked with Satulah Group where he gained extensive corporate facilities experience in the areas of acquisitions and mergers, project budgeting, scheduling and project management. Dan worked as a Project Manager for First Interstate Bank's $15 Million Sacramento Savings Bank Conversion Project. Dan served as a District Project Manager from May of 1993 to July of 1994 during the First Interstate Bank/San Diego Trust merger. This work included site surveys, construction improvements, and installation of telecommunication data, security and CCTV systems, as well as teller machine and signage swap out. From February of 1992 to March of 1993, Dan served as a Project Manager in Southern California during the six hundred branches of the Bank of America/Security Pacific merger.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Public Administration and Urban Planning from San Diego State University. Dan's postgraduate work includes a course in Property Management with a Management certificate from the San Diego Apartment Association.
